My Journey

Learning from the Source

My career as a physiotherapist began in 2004, working primarily with neurological patients. But I wasn't satisfied. The results I could offer weren't good enough. I knew there had to be a better way.

That search led me to Vallejo, California – to Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center, the very place where Herman Kabat and Margaret Knott developed PNF in the 1940s.

I wanted to learn from the best – at the place where PNF was born. Americans are leaders in team-based care and evidence-based research. At Kaiser Vallejo, instructors treat patients alongside trainees. That's the most powerful way to learn.

I spent 9 months in that intensive program, treating neurological patients daily under the guidance of world-class instructors. It wasn't just about learning patterns and techniques – it was about understanding the philosophy of functional movement and the art of facilitation.

That experience changed everything. When I returned to Poland, I knew I had to share what I'd learned. Since 2015, I've been an accredited IPNFA Instructor, teaching PNF courses across Europe and beyond.

Our Vision

Why Physio Practice Lab?

Physio Practice Lab was born from a simple belief: great clinical education should be accessible to physiotherapists everywhere, not just those who can travel to specialized centers.

We combine the rigor of evidence-based practice with the hands-on wisdom that only comes from years of clinical experience. Our approach bridges the gap between neurology and orthopedics – because in real practice, you can't separate them.
